Update To Core System and Home Banking

We are very excited to introduce CompuSource Our new Data Core Processing and Home Banking products will be operational 10/1/2018.

Our Home Banking product has many new user friendly features that will allow us to provide better service to our members.

Your Current Home Banking Will Be Unaailable From 3:00 p.m. Friday, 9/28/2018 until Monday 10/01/2018

Your Credit Union Offices Will Be Closed for the transition October 1, 2018.

What does this mean for you?
If you are already using our FIS Home Banking you will need to enroll in the new CompuSource Home Banking system.

If you have never used our Home Banking system, we invite you to use this new service.

Directions to Enroll: You will be able to enroll yourself online 10/1/2018.

  1. Visit our homepage at https://prrsouthfork.com/ Please type out the website completely as your current browser bookmark may not work.
  2. Click on Home Banking
  3. Select Enroll
  4. Enter your existing Account Number
  5. Answer the questions presented
  6. Create a User ID and Password.

You will be using these credentials as you go forward. With each device used to access Home Banking, you will be prompted upon the first login to answer a security question.

Please see the following user-friendly pages to assist you in enrolling.

  1. Once on the Home Banking page, click Enroll Button from the menu, or the Enroll link above the login box.

  2. Enter the required information that matches the information for the account. Account number format is the format used by the current Home Banking provider FIS. Then enter the Last name of the Account Holder and the last 4 digits of their Social Security Number.

  3. Next, enter your email address and the account login information. The User ID is a unique identifier for the user, and will be verified to make sure it is not currently in
  4. Finally, select your Security Questions and then the answer for the selected question. This will allow us to verify your information if you sign in from another device, or if you have lost your password. Then, click the ‘Select Image…’ button to select your security image. This image will be displayed during sign-on, or during transactions and profile changes, to verify that your profile information is correct before continuing.
  5. After you have entered all of your information, click the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom. This will verify your information and create your online account. If you have entered any incorrect information, or have any errors, there will be a message marked in red to the right of the field that is the problem.

PLEASE REMEMBER

  • The new system will be operational on October 1, 2018
  • Enrolling in the new system will be a new beginning.
  • In the new Home Banking, there will be no past history to review.
  • You will need to refer to your previous statements for past transactions.
  • Your Home Banking Will Be Unavailable From 3:00 p.m. Friday, 9/28/2018 until Monday 10/01/2018
  • Your Credit Union Offices Will Be Closed for the transition October 1, 2018.
